About
From ledgers to large-scale change.
I studied accountancy at Nanyang Technological University and began my career in audit - learning early that numbers only matter when people trust them enough to act on them.
That foundation became more than fifteen years of transformation work across the region: ERP, data, automation, and now AI adoption. Most recently, I led a consulting practice helping businesses replace disconnected tools and manual workarounds with systems that give leaders one clear picture of their business.
Career
The path so far.
I started in audit at Deloitte, then corporate audit at 3M. It taught me how businesses really work - and how much depends on numbers people can trust.
From there I moved in-house, into regional finance and IT roles across F&B, hospitality and industrial groups - Crystal Jade, Pu Tien, Johnson Controls. I led ERP rollouts, shared-service redesigns and the data platforms behind management decisions.
Most recently I led digital transformation for a scientific distribution group, then a consulting practice. Today my work centres on AI adoption: helping non-technical teams use new tools with confidence, while human judgement stays in the loop.
Along the way: regional ERP rollouts, multi-million-dollar transformation funding, and teams working from one version of the truth.

Connect the dots
Most companies don't lack data. They lack connection - between systems, between teams, between the numbers and the decisions they should inform.

Technology amplifies whatever process it sits on. I start with the workflow, then choose the tool - never the other way around.

Adoption is the deliverable
A system nobody uses is an expense, not an investment. Go-live is the midpoint; the work ends when the team stops reaching for the old spreadsheet.
